In order for the world to find your web account with your domain name, you will need to make some changes to the domain name record.

Most domain name ‘registrars’ (the company you registered your domain name with) offer an easy to use control panel where you can make DNS/nameserver changes to your domain name. Once you’re logged into the domain registrar’s control panel, you should remove the existing DNS/nameserver entries on the domain name record and replace them with the following two entries:

ns1.pomonacollege.net
ns2.pomonacollege.net

Once the changes to your domain name records have been accepted, it may take as long as 72 hours before the domain name starts to point to your new web hosting account. (With most modern registrars, it’s usually only a matter of hours.)
